DUCANERO – THE LEGACY OF ITALIAN CRAFTSMANSHIP
The DUCANERO brand was launched in 2011, but its history dates back more than three decades. It all started with Gabriele Camerlengo, whose craft was taken over and continued by his brothers Marco and Matteo. It is an Italian-born Camerlengo family business, driven by long-standing traditions, knowledge passed down from generation to generation, and the craftsmanship of artisans. DUCANERO men's and women's shoes are made in Monte San Giusto, in the Marche region, which has been famous for its footwear and clothing manufacturing traditions since the Middle Ages.
TOUCHED BY THE HANDS OF MASTERS
DUCANERO uses only high-quality leather and unique cutting, washing, and dyeing techniques to manufacture its shoes, which gives them a luxurious look and long service life. The entire process, from design to the final details, is entrusted to highly skilled craftsmen. The product passes through the hands of over 200 people, ensuring impeccable quality. According to the manufacturer, the shoes have a history even before they are worn – they were conceived by creative minds and made by skilled hands, which makes them even more valuable.
COLOR – DUCANERO BUSINESS CARD
The uniqueness of the products lies in the dyeing process called "tinto capo". This technique involves dipping individual pieces of leather into dye, each time producing a unique result. When high-quality leather meets bright, strong colors, magic happens - the leather absorbs the dye and takes on rich, vintage shades that make each pair of shoes unique.
RETURN TO CRAFTSMANSHIP
DUCANERO combines artisan traditions, craftsmanship, and contemporary aesthetics, encouraging a return to craftsmanship, to what is long-lasting, durable, and proven. It is a tasteful choice for both sophisticated and everyday looks.
