Furthermore, wool suppliers must certify that their farms do not practice mulesing - a painful procedure used to protect sheep from flystrike. The Angora wool used by FALKE is Caregora™ certified, guaranteeing compliance with strict animal welfare standards.

The brand also produces exceptional hosiery from Vicuña wool - the rarest and most expensive wool in the world. Sourced from Peruvian Vicuñas, members of the camelid family, this precious, densely woven fibre was reserved exclusively for royalty during the Incan era.
