Refund policy

METHODS OF EXCHANGING AND RETURNING GOODS

1. You can return items or exchange them for another size or product FREE OF CHARGE at the OXFORD store at Malūnų g. 6, Vilnius, LT-01200. Store opening hours: Mon–Fri 12:00–20:00, Sat–Sun 12:00–18:00.

2. It is CONVENIENT and FAST to exchange or return goods via OMNIVA parcel lockers:

· Click: RETURN OF GOODS

· Follow the instructions to provide accurate contact details and information regarding the items to be returned/exchanged, and pay for the service.

· Pack the returned goods securely and include the proof of purchase inside.

· Once you receive the parcel code by e-mail, print the parcel label at the nearest OMNIVA parcel locker, attach it to the parcel and place it in the locker.

3. You can also return or exchange goods via any other courier company of your choice, sending them to the OXFORD store at Malūnų g. 6, Vilnius, LT-01200.

Purchased goods can be returned or exchanged within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery. Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition (including the original shoe box or other packaging). When returning or exchanging goods, you must provide a document confirming the purchase of the goods.

We will refund the money for the returned goods to your bank account within 14 working days from the date we receive the returned goods.

RULES FOR EXCHANGING AND RETURNING GOODS

Conditions for returning goods and the refund procedure:

1.1. You may exercise the right to return goods only if the return period has not expired, the goods have not been used, the goods and their packaging have not been damaged, and their appearance, properties, etc. have not changed significantly. When assessing a return, we take into account any improper actions by the Buyer, such as incorrect use or care of the product, excessive wear, mechanical damage, etc. These conditions may not apply when returning faulty (defective) goods. All returned items must have their original labels and undamaged original packaging. The returned item must be in the same condition as when purchased, including all accessories. When returning the product, you must provide proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) and the warranty card (if one was issued).

1.2. Any gifts or accessories supplied with the purchased item must be returned at the same time.

1.3. When returning goods purchased online through parcel delivery services, you must indicate the sender's address and properly package the goods so that they are not damaged in transit. Returns will not be accepted and refunds will not be issued for items that were damaged in transit. We are not responsible for parcels that are sent with inadequate packaging or an incorrect address, or for parcels that are lost or damaged in transit.

1.4. If you have purchased a set of goods, you must return the entire set to the Seller, i.e. you may exercise your right to return only if you return all the items in the set that meet all the applicable requirements. In the event that at least one of the goods in the set does not meet the requirements set out in clause 11.4.1 of the Purchase Rules, we have the right to refuse to accept the entire set of goods for return.

1.5. If you exercise your rights under clauses 11.1-11.3 of the Purchase Rules, you must comply with the requirements for returning goods set out in the Rules and follow the procedure provided therein.

1.6. You can return the goods by sending them via a courier service or by bringing them in person to the OXFORD physical store (Malūnų g. 6, LT-01200 Vilnius). Goods must be returned to the address indicated in the purchase confirmation sent to you.

1.8. If you have exercised your rights set out in clauses 11.1-11.3 of the Rules, your money will be refunded within 14 (fourteen) calendar days after the returned goods reach our store, provided that their condition has been assessed and their compliance with the above return rules has been confirmed.

1.9. By accepting these Rules, you agree that refunds will be made to your bank account, unless you and we agree otherwise.

1.10. If you exercise your rights set out in clause 11.1 of the Purchase Rules, we will refund the price of the goods and the delivery costs of the goods. If you exercise the rights set out in clauses 11.2-11.3 of the Purchase Rules, you will be refunded: the price of the goods, the delivery costs, and the return costs (if incurred).

1.11. Additional delivery costs will not be refunded if you choose a method of return other than the cheapest method offered by us.

1.12. If you exercise the rights set out in clause 11.1 of the Purchase Rules, you are liable for any decrease in the value of the goods resulting from your actions that are not necessary for determining the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

1.13. The goods cannot be exchanged, no money is refunded and the warranty does not apply if: (a) defects in the goods have arisen due to your fault or unsuitable conditions of use (humidity, heat, etc.), (b) the goods have been damaged intentionally or through negligence (affected by chemicals, water, open flame, high temperature, sharp objects, mechanical damage, etc.), (c) the rules for the use or storage of the goods have been breached; (d) the goods have been used improperly or not for their intended purpose, (e) the defect in the goods is minor or insignificant, (f) in other cases provided for in the manufacturers' warranty conditions. You do not have the right to terminate the purchase agreement if the defect in the goods is insignificant.

1.14. We reserve the right not to refund any money for returned goods until the goods have been returned to our physical store and have been inspected in accordance with clauses 11.4.1. and 11.4.13 of the Purchase Rules.

1.15. If the returned goods are replaced with more expensive goods, you will cover the difference in price. If the returned goods are exchanged for cheaper goods, we will cover the price difference.
