How to get a discount?

Gift vouchers
Can I purchase a gift voucher?
Gift vouchers can be purchased online or in a physical store (Malūnų g. 6, Vilnius). You can purchase an electronic gift voucher here . The voucher will be sent directly to your or your friend's mailbox.
Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. After the expiration date, the voucher is not renewed. Gift vouchers are not exchangeable for cash and are not refundable.

Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Once we receive payment confirmation, your order is dispatched on the same or next working day via DPD or Venipak parcel delivery services and delivered within Lithuania within 1–2 working days.
If payment is made at the weekend or on a public holiday, the order will be delivered within 1–2 working days from the end of the holiday period. The order will be sent to the specified address or to the selected parcel locker.
Where is my parcel?
Once your order has been packed and dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to your email address. With this number you can track your parcel. If you have not received a tracking number, please contact us by email at info@oxford.lt.
Can I collect my order myself?
If you choose the "COLLECT IN STORE" delivery method, you can collect your order from the Oxford store at Malūnų g. 6, Vilnius during opening hours, once you have received a notification that your order is ready. Orders are usually prepared within 24 hours of order confirmation. To collect your order in store, please provide your order number at the till.
Returns
Can I exchange an item?
Yes. Please return the item you wish to exchange and place a new order for the item you would like instead. The goods must be returned to the Oxford shoe store at Malūnų g. 6, Vilnius, LT-01200. You can bring them back yourself or use a courier service. The cost of returning the goods is paid by the customer.
Return of goods
You can return items within 14 calendar days of receiving them. You must return original, unworn goods (including the original shoe box or any other packaging). You can return the goods yourself or via courier to the Oxford store at Malūnų g. 6, Vilnius, LT-01200.
Store opening hours: Mon–Fri 12:00–20:00, Sat–Sun 12:00–18:00.
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.
Refunds
Once you have returned the item to the store, we will check that it is unworn and undamaged and then issue your refund. The money is returned to the same bank account from which you made the payment. Refunds will be issued within 14 working days of receiving the returned item.

I THINK MY ITEM IS FAULTY
If you have any doubts about the quality of the item or a possible fault, it should be returned. You can do this using the methods specified under "RETURN OF GOODS".
After receiving the original, unworn goods from you (including the original shoe box or other packaging) and assessing their condition, we will replace them with a new item of your choice or refund your money.
If you encounter a manufacturing defect within 2 years of the date of purchase of the footwear, please contact us by email at info@oxford.lt. The goods will need to be delivered to the Oxford store at Malūnų g. 6, Vilnius, LT-01200. A document confirming the purchase of the goods – a receipt or invoice – is required. If, after assessment, we confirm a manufacturing fault and the damage is not due to normal wear and tear, we will refund your money.
