Administration Manager / Sales Consultant at UAB Pora batų

UAB Pora batų operates two physical shops and online stores.

SNEAKERS & READERS – a concept store for fashionable casual footwear and leisurewear. From undiscovered trainer brands to a cosy cup of morning coffee. Immerse yourself in the history of trainers. Inventions, movements that changed the world, statements that inspired millions, and countless other unforgettable, exhilarating moments. Our range includes NIKE, NEW BALANCE, GOLA, KARHU, POLAR, EDWIN, WRTSBHVR and many other brands.

Main duties of the Administration Manager / Sales Consultant:

· Organising the work of the store team and preparing work schedules;

• Receiving goods and preparing them for sale;

· Achieving sales targets;

· Monitoring the store's product assortment and stock levels;

· Administration of store documentation;

· Preparation and monitoring of store performance reports;

· Preparing for and carrying out stocktakes;

· Work in stores – work in SNEAKERS & READERS and/or OXFORD stores;

· Providing professional customer service;

· Sales and till operations (accounting system "Rivilė")

We hope that you:

· You are friendly, sociable, positive and communicative

· You have completed further or higher education

· You have leadership experience

· You have excellent computer skills

· You enjoy working in a team, but can also complete tasks independently

· You are entrepreneurial, interested in sales, and have good business acumen

· You are interested in fashion and style

· You are willing to learn and develop

· You speak Lithuanian and English. Knowledge of additional languages is an advantage
